Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from Grand Junction, Colorado, through UPS or USPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally expected to ship within one business day. If a product is out of stock, check its product page for the applicable lead time.
Custom orders have a separate production period. Refer to our Custom & Bulk Orders page for details.
How long does delivery take?

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii are not available at this time.

What if my order does not arrive?
