How do I use Review Zaps to leave a review?

It's easy! Our Review Zaps utilize Advanced NFC technology (near field communication). When a customer places their Apple or Android phone near the stand it will automatically send a link from your Google Business Profile asking them for a review!

Are there any Monthly Subscription Costs?

No! Review Zaps products are a one time charge. Once you purchase the products, there is no limit to how many times you can use them with your customers.

Do the Stands Require Power or Charging?

No, our stands leverage NFC technology, which doesn't require a separate power source. This means you can place them anywhere in your business without worrying about outlets or cords.

Will I be able to change the link?

Yes! We provide instructions on this page here to program your link to your Review Stand.

How long do Review Zaps take to Set up?

Most users are up and going in about 5 minutes or less, just follow the steps outlined here.

How do I scan a Review Zap on iPhone?

iPhones read NFC best near the top center of the phone.

How do I scan a Review Zap on Android?

Androids NCF reader is located near the back, center of the phone.

My Review Zap isn't working. What should I do?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Is your phone in Airplane Mode? Make sure it's turned off.
  • Does your phone support NFC? Most phones made since 2018 do. Check our compatibility list if you aren't sure.
  • Do you have NFC enabled in settings?  Make sure it is enabled.
  •  Visit our Troubleshooting Section in the Help Center for more help.

Can I use Review Zaps for multiple locations?

Yes! You just need to make sure and program each stand with the correct Google Business Profile link.
