All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our address located at: Review Zaps, 241 North 4th Street, STE 2892, Grand Junction Colorado 81501, United States
FREE SHIPPING FOR CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Review Zaps offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs outside the contiguous US (Alaska and Hawaii) are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of items in the order. We do not currently offer shipping outside the US. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME- CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
All orders are expected to be shipped within 1 business day. Orders within the contiguous US can be expected to arrive within 2-5 days after they are shipped. If a product is not currently in stock, the correct lead time will be displayed on the product page. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR ALASKA & HAWAII
Shipping costs outside the contiguous US (Alaska and Hawaii) are calculated by our website during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of items in the order. Expected shipping costs can range anywhere from $10-$50+ depending on the size of your Order. Payment for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be collected with the order purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

All orders are expected to be shipped within 3 business days.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be expected to arrive between 7-10 days after they are shipped. If a product is not currently in stock, the correct lead time will be displayed on the product page. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
IF YOUR ORDER OR ITEMS ARE NEVER RECEIVED
If you never receive all or partial items that you placed an order for, please reach out to our customer support team via email at: support@reviewzaps.com Please email us from the initial email you placed your original order with, so we can verify it is indeed you. Provide us your order number and the date you placed your order and we will investigate what has gone wrong and get a solution figured out for you.
