The basics
A Google review link is a direct URL that opens the review window for one specific Google Business Profile. Customers who open it land straight on the star rating and comment box for your business.
Without it, they have to search for you, pick the right listing and hunt for the review button. Every extra step is a chance for a happy customer to give up.
Every public Google Business Profile has a review link, tied to that listing's unique Place ID. So it always points to the right location, even when other businesses share a similar name. Share it by text, email, on invoices or your website, or program it into an NFC review card or stand.
Step by step
Less friction
Most customers are happy to leave a review. They just won't work hard to do it. A direct link removes the steps that stop them.
Open the link
The review window is already open
Great for texts, emails, invoices, receipts and your website.
Tap opens the Review page
An NFC card or stand stores your link, so customers don't even need to open a message. They tap, and your review page opens on the spot.
A direct link makes leaving a review easier for customers. It does not change how Google ranks your business on its own.
For NFC cards & stands
An NFC review card or stand has a small chip that stores your Google review link. When a customer taps a compatible smartphone on it, the phone opens the stored URL and your review page appears.
Customers don't need to install a special Review⚡️Zaps app. Most modern iPhone and Android phones read NFC right out of the box.
Use an NFC Google Review Stand at your counter or front desk, and NFC Google Review Cards for jobs, deliveries and appointments on the go.
