First, Check the Thank You or Order Page

Your digital download may be available directly after checkout through a Download button on the Thank You or order confirmation page.

If you still have that page open, check there before waiting for the email.

Check Your Email Folders

Look for the digital download message in:

• Your main inbox
• Spam or junk
• Promotions or other filtered folders

Make sure you are checking the email address used during checkout.

Confirm the Order Was Successfully Completed

The download is provided after a successful purchase. If payment is still processing or the order did not complete, digital fulfillment may not yet be available.

Still Cannot Find the Download?

Use our Contact Us page and include:

• Your order number
• The email address used during checkout
• The name of the digital product you purchased
• A brief description of what you see on the Thank You or order page

We can help with legitimate delivery problems, including an inaccessible download, an incorrect file, or a corrupted file.
