Eligible Review⚡️Zaps NFC Google Review Cards and Stands may be returned within 180 days of delivery for a refund.
You may set up and use the products during this period. Normal use does not disqualify the return, and original packaging is not required.
How Do I Start a Return?
Use our Contact Us page and include your order number and the product or products you want to return.
Please wait for our return instructions before mailing anything back.
Unless the return results from our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping. When available, we may provide a return label and deduct the applicable shipping cost from the refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We generally process approved refunds within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Are Custom Products Returnable?
Custom, personalized, logo-branded, or specially manufactured products are final sale once production has begun and are not covered by the 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Are Digital Products Returnable?
Digital products cannot be physically returned. They are generally final once delivered, accessed, or made available for download, except where otherwise required by law.
If you were charged twice, cannot access your purchased file, or received an incorrect or corrupted file, contact us so we can correct the delivery problem.
What About Lifetime Replacements?
Eligible Cards and Stands may also qualify for our Free Lifetime Replacement benefit for loss, theft, or damage. The replacement product is free and the customer pays the applicable replacement shipping charge.
