What Is the Free Lifetime Replacement Program?
Eligible Review⚡️Zaps NFC Google Review Cards and Stands include our Free Lifetime Replacement benefit if the product is lost, stolen, or damaged.
The replacement product itself is free. You are responsible for the applicable replacement shipping charge.
Which Products Are Eligible?
The program applies to qualifying Review⚡️Zaps Cards and Stands purchased directly from us and is intended for the original purchaser or purchasing business.
Custom products are not covered unless we expressly state otherwise.
How Do I Request a Replacement?
Visit our Contact Us page and provide enough information for us to locate your original purchase.
We may ask for:
- Your original order information
- The product that needs replacement
- A short description of what happened
- Photos of a damaged product when reasonably available
- Other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility
What Will I Receive?
The program provides a replacement product, not a cash refund. If the original version is no longer available, we may provide a reasonably comparable replacement.
The benefit has no cash value and does not extend the 180-day refund period.
Are There Any Limits?
The program is designed to protect legitimate customers from normal loss, theft, and damage. It is not an unlimited product replenishment program and cannot be used for resale, inventory replacement, deliberate destruction, fraudulent claims, or repeated misuse.
