Can My Shipping Address Be Changed?

We will make a reasonable effort to correct an address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

What If I Entered the Wrong Address?

Send us the complete corrected address, including any apartment, suite, or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Can I Change the Products or Quantity?

We may be able to help if the order has not yet entered fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed. Depending on the situation, cancellation and a new order may be the simplest option.
