What is the minimum order?
50 stands - the 50-Pack is our smallest custom order.
Can I order stands without my logo?
Yes. Choose Blank / No Logo and the branding area will remain blank.
Can I bulk order stands with the Review Zaps logo?
Yes. Choose Review Zaps Logo in Step 1 and the official Review Zaps logo is printed in the branding area. It is available in every pack size at the same bulk pricing, and no artwork upload is needed.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Choose Add My Company Logo and upload your artwork before ordering.
What if my logo file is blurry or low quality?
We review every uploaded logo before production. If your file looks blurry, pixelated or too small to print cleanly, we may reach out before production begins so you can send a better version. For the best results, upload a high-resolution PNG, ideally with a transparent background.
Why can't I customize the rest of the stand?
The Google logo size, the wording, the "Tap phone here" placement and the overall layout are a tried-and-true design, heavily tested with real businesses and real customers to get as many people as possible to actually leave a review. Changing any of those elements would make the stand less effective, so we keep that proven design the same on every stand and reserve the lower branding area for your company logo. That way you get your brand on the stand without giving up the results.
Does adding my logo cost extra?
No. Custom logo printing is included in the bulk pricing.
What colors are available?
Black and White.
Can I order more than one pack?
Yes. Increase the quantity to order multiple packs.
Can I order 150 stands?
Yes. For example, choose the 50-Pack and set quantity to 3.
How long does production take?
Approximately 14–21 days.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Free shipping is included within the contiguous United States.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. Custom orders currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return a custom order?
No. Every custom order is produced specifically for your business, so custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Please review your color, pack size, quantity and logo placement carefully before checking out.
Does Free Lifetime Replacement apply to custom orders?
No. Free Lifetime Replacements do not apply to custom or bulk orders.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
For invoice, purchase order or tax-exempt ordering, please contact us and we will help you set it up.
Can I use multiple different logos in one order?
Each unique logo or design should be handled separately. For large or complex orders, please use the custom quote option.
Can I order more than 1,000?
Yes. Increase the pack quantity (for example, 1,000-Pack × 2 = 2,000 stands), or request a custom quote for large or complex orders.
