My Tracking Hasn’t Updated. What Should I Do?

Give the Carrier a Little Time After the Label Is Created

A shipping label can be created before the carrier records its first movement. It is normal for tracking to take some time to begin updating after a package is prepared.

Check the Carrier’s Tracking Page

Review the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the most current information from USPS, UPS, or the applicable carrier.

In-stock Review⚡️Zaps orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Standard free shipping is generally expected to take approximately 2 to 3 business days after the carrier receives the package, but delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Why Can Tracking Stop Updating?

Tracking can pause because of carrier processing, weather, transportation delays, holidays, local delivery conditions, or other disruptions.

A delayed tracking update does not automatically mean the package is lost.

When Should I Contact Review⚡️Zaps?

If tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period or the shipment appears significantly delayed, use our Contact Us page.

Please include your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment and help investigate with the carrier when appropriate.
