My Order Shows Delivered, but I Can’t Find It
What should I do first?
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, start by checking the delivery details and the area where you normally receive packages.
Confirm your shipping address. Review the address in your order confirmation email, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.
Review the carrier’s tracking information. Look for the delivery time, location, and any available delivery photo or notes.
Check nearby delivery areas. Look around your front door, garage, mailbox, reception desk, mailroom, or package locker.
Ask others at the address. A household member, coworker, receptionist, building manager, or neighbor may have accepted the package.
Contact the shipping carrier
If these checks do not locate your package, contact the carrier shown in your tracking email. The carrier is the first point of contact for questions about where a package was delivered, because it maintains the delivery records.
Have your tracking number and shipping address ready. Explain that the package is marked delivered but has not been located, and ask the carrier to review the delivery details.
USPS: If more than one postal business day has passed since the delivery scan, you can submit a service request for eligible packages through USPS package support.
UPS: Review any available delivery photo and contact UPS tracking support. If UPS advises that the sender must start a claim, contact us with that information.
Keep any case number or written response the carrier provides so it can be referenced during follow-up.
What if the package still cannot be found?
Use our Contact Us page and include:
The email address used to place your order.
Your order number and order date.
Your tracking number.
Confirmation of the shipping address.
A brief summary of the checks you have completed.
Any carrier case number or response, if available.
