How to Delete or Change the Link on Your NFC Product

Updating the Link on Your NFC Product

If you programmed the wrong URL, changed business locations, or simply need to replace the link saved on your Review⚡️Zaps Card or Stand, you can erase the existing link and program a new one using NFC Tools.

Step 1: Get Your New Google Review Link

Before erasing your NFC Product, generate and save the new link you want to use.

Use our free:

Google Review Link Generator

Search for your business, select the correct location, then click:

COPY MY REVIEW LINK

We also recommend clicking:

TEST MY LINK

to make sure it opens the correct Google review page before you program it.

Step 2: Erase the Existing Link

Open NFC Tools and:

1. Tap Other
2. Tap Erase Tag
3. Hold your phone over your Review⚡️Zaps Product
4. Keep the phone steady until NFC Tools confirms the tag has been erased

If you only want to remove the existing link, you can stop here.

Note: A permanently locked NFC tag cannot be erased or rewritten.

Step 3: Add the New Link

Once the tag has been erased:

1. Tap Write
2. Tap Add a Record
3. Tap Add Custom URL/URI
4. Paste your new Google review link
5. Tap OK
6. Tap Write / XX Bytes
7. Hold your phone over the NFC Product until NFC Tools confirms the write was successful

After writing, tap the Review⚡️Zaps Product with your phone and confirm that it opens the correct Google review page.
